Looks like it's packed well! I'd insure it for enough to replace it, but that can get spendy.

update...his two sons were on tv and the oldest said he has tried to get what happened out of him twice and the guy breaks down...so ...strange..

I just got back from vacation last night. We came home to an air conditioner that isn't working.
 I have to go and buy a new blower motor tomorrow. There is nothing like spending money on stuff like that.

Ha! If I weren't covered in paint and caulk I would already be peeling. This was a bad one, my man. It sucks when everyone else on the site has dark hair and skin and you're the only one literally sizzling.

Be careful not to get burnt. The sun can be very dangerous. We have recently had some cancer issues in our family due to the sun.
We take many precautions when going outdoors now.

Damned straight.
My maternal grandfather died in Arizona from skin cancer. My old man is old fashioned and always mentions that I'm too pale, that I should try to get some sun. "It's good for you," he says. No, not really. Sorry to hear about the issues, GG. I hope that everything is okay.
